Provision of Laptops and Three-Wheeler Vehicles for Persons with Disabilities
The Tamilnadu Differently Abled Federation Charitable Trust (TNDFCT) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Provision of Laptops and Three-Wheeler Vehicles for Persons with Disabilities project, implemented with the generous CSR support of Chennai Willingdon Corporate Foundation (CWCF).
This initiative was designed to strengthen digital accessibility, improve mobility, and create greater opportunities for independence and inclusion for persons with disabilities across Tamil Nadu. By addressing critical challenges in technology access and transportation, the project has enhanced both institutional capacity and the lives of individual beneficiaries.

Project Objectives

What We Delivered
With the support of Chennai Willingdon Corporate Foundation, TNDFCT successfully distributed:
15 Laptops
The laptops have significantly strengthened digital documentation, beneficiary record management, communication, online reporting, and access to government portals. They are enabling more efficient delivery of disability services across TNDFCT’s network.
3 Three-Wheeler Vehicles
Three retrofitted vehicles were provided to eligible persons with disabilities, enabling independent mobility, improved access to education, employment, healthcare, and livelihood opportunities while reducing dependence on others.
Distribution Ceremony
The project culminated in a distribution programme held on 16 February 2026 at the TNDFCT office in Ekkattuthangal, Chennai.
The event was graced by distinguished guests including Mr. L. Ganesh, Chairman of Chennai Willingdon Corporate Foundation, who distributed the laptops and retrofitted vehicles to the beneficiaries. The programme was also attended by Mrs. Rohini Ramesh, Vice President of CWCF, along with TNDFCT leadership including Mr. P. Simmachandran, President, Mr. T. Karuppaiah, Treasurer, and Mr. S. Elango, Trustee.
The event celebrated the shared commitment of TNDFCT and CWCF towards creating an inclusive society where persons with disabilities have equal opportunities to live independently and with dignity.
