The Tamilnadu Differently Abled Federation Charitable Trust (TNDFCT) proudly conducted the Graduation Day Ceremony for 50 differently-abled individuals who successfully completed a 30-day training program in Cycle Assembling, Repairing, and Two-Wheeler Puncture Services.
This transformative initiative, generously supported by United Way Hyderabad, aimed to promote self-reliance, economic independence, and social inclusion among persons with disabilities.

- Trainees learned to identify, repair, and repurpose old bicycle parts. As a result, they assembled a fully functional 21-gear cycle using scrap materials, costing only ₹3,200 — showcasing their technical skills and resourcefulness.
- Over 30 trainees secured job placements, while the remaining 20 expressed interest in starting their own businesses. TNDFCT has extended full support to help them establish and run their enterprises.
- Each trainee received a completion certificate and a toolkit worth ₹12,000, enabling them to begin their professional journey immediately.
- All 50 beneficiaries are now positioned to earn at least ₹1,000 per day, improving not only their livelihoods but also the well-being of their families.
